About:
RP Design was officially established and registered in the summer of 2007. At the core of the company is creative director, and visionary, Ryan Peru. Starting in the video and film production business at a young age, he quickly learned the landscape of production and design for video. He enrolled in school for design and color theory while working as a video production editor. The production house where he was employed (Aztec Media Company LLC), specialized in short form and industrial videos, which demanded both technical and creative skills. Not able to get by with one area of focus, it was necessary to learn about production flow from start to finish. Cameras, computers, and complex AV systems were part of Ryan's continuing education. After a couple years, Ryan felt like he had maximized his potential at Aztec Media and enrolled himself at the Art Institute of Colorado for Video and Film Production. After graduating in 2003, Ryan started a company called Betawave Productions, where he focused on independent films, sound design, and post production. After operating his business for two years, he was offered a position with aNew York based DVD production company called Giant Interactive. He began sharpening his skills designing interactive DVD menus for Paramount, MTV, CBS, Time Life, VH1, HBO, and other internationally recognized media corporations. It was again time to take Ryan's vision into his own hands, and RP Design was established. Today RP Design consists of a close community of professionals who strive to be creative with a continuing vision of excellence and integrity.

Graphic Design:
The essentials, the building blocks, the look, the feel, the brand, the destination. It all boils down to one thing. How does it look? The world runs on graphic design. There are many people working at making everything look aesthetically pleasing. You can't walk five feet without seeing something that wasn't thought about and purposefully placed there by someone. Billboards, T-shirts, pamphlets, posters, business cards, logos, book covers, advertisements, DVD artwork, food packaging.... the list goes on. If it can be packaged, printed on, mailed, hung up, or whatever, it is something that needs creative power behind it. The very core of RP Design is making it look good, whatever 'it' is.

Motion Graphics:
Putting design into motion is an art form not widely recognized, but is so commonplace that it is overlooked by most. Whether it's a new commercial on television, the opening credits for a movie, or a flashy web banner; motion graphics are everywhere. The basic rule of thumb around here is that if you can see it, it can move. Motion graphics are not just for the big guys either. Web Design:
It is your business, and it should look good, have great functionality, and convey a professional message. RP Design's web design team offers from the ground up site building, or stepping in as web master to maintain established sites and infrastructure. Template based, out of the box design solutions are unacceptable. It looks and acts cheap. If you are serious about creating a unique look and feel for your business it needs the personal touch. We can take your existing materials, such as business cards, logos, etc. and turn them into a well composed and clean web site to help grow your business. Video Production:
It doesn't take long for someone to listen to the confusing chatter about 1080i, Hi-Def video, or Blu-Ray to make your head spin. The landscape of video standards and production is evolving so fast, it is truly mind boggling. In spite of an ever changing landscape, the basics of solid production remain consistent. Having been a part of a quickly changing industry for so long, RP Design has a solid understanding of what it takes to stay current, and relies on a respect and knowledge base of things past. Our focus is on short form, professional video pieces. Usually to be deployed on the web, used in presentations, or other specific instances. Some production houses only offer specific aspects of production, RP Design will be there from inception to delivery.
